The incidence of molestation done by child perpetrators is increasing. Children are learning how to use weapons to get their way, but most don't have access to anything worse than a squirt gun. With the increased sexualization of children in the media, children are coming to believe that sexuality is a normal and natural part of life, not to mention an important part of growing up. And what child doesn't want to grow up? So some children are trying to get in on the action by attempting sexual conquests on each other. But not on adults though, that would just be gross.
