What exactly are (is?) the Rebellious Morons of Uncyclopedia?

The Rebellious Morons of Uncyclopedia are exactly what it says on the metaphorical tin; an order of morons on Uncyclopedia who hope to become great users. If you read that aloud, leave now. We are the people who don't win UoTM, we are the people who rarely or never get featured. RMoU is an order for the disorderly; a festivus for the rest of us, assuming that by "festivus" you mean "group".
