New Orleans, Excessive statuory rape in New Orleans is cauing racism. Raping black statues too much over the months has turned many of them into white. The whites have got "humiliated" by this and are saying this practice is very dangerous and should be stopped immediately. The blacks, who had been quiet till then, sprang up pointing out the involvement of whites in statuory rape. Heated arguments are taking place over the issue in New Orleans, which don't seem to get to any point right now.
