PurpleSasquatch is the alter-ego/pen name/gamertag for award-winning actor and folk music artist Hugh Jackman. He has used the moniker on many occasions, most noteworthy of which are pwning ass on Halo 3 and when writing his children's book series, The Hairy-Chested Man Child. The name is a conglomeration of adjectives which define the Jackmiester. The first half of the name comes from his love of the color purple and "Sasquatch" comes from the time he was on set of X-Men 2 and was running around with his chest exposed. Coincidentally, the Discovery Channel was filming material for their hit show In Search Of Sasquatch, when they had spotted Hugh and mistaken him for the missing link.
