Howard Carter, English adventurer, archaeologist and Egyptologist, ran the stem of his pipe across the golden stele as he intently studied the ancient carvings. He jotted the words down in his notebook, taking a long drag on his pipe and pondered the significance of what must be the find of the modern age.
Beside him a nervous local tried to hold the torch steady despite his growing trepidation and strong urging from the Englishman. Carter inhaled deeply on his pipe as he looked around the treasure filled room, notable for its lack of the corporeal form of any ancient Egyptian sun gods.....
