There's not much to tell about lolpingu, Lolpingu is a penguin who lives in the south pole and has the magical abillity to LOL, there's no point in explaining how this magical creature was created in this article (realy, there isn't, even if i wanet to, i didn't know how to explain it so leave me alone!), But saying shortly That lolpingu was created by Lavos, when he said there WILL be penguins, He was actualy serious.
