Before I start, you must name as many countries in Europe as you can.

"Uhhh... Britian!" you say. "Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Ireland. Russia, maybe?

Nice turnout. But you forgot something. Something very important. It wasn't a formal country for a few centuries, but if you were in that mindset you would have said Prussia. So, what did you forget? I'll tell you what.

You forgot Poland.

Let that sink in for a minute. Has it sunk in yet? Good.

Effects of forgetting Poland[edit | edit source]

This could be you if you forget Poland!

"So?" you say? "What's so bad about forgetting Poland?"

How naïve. You really don't know, do you? Forgetting about Poland has dire, dire consequences. You know who forgot about Poland? Hitler. You don't want to end up like Hitler, do you?

But more importantly, the late Pope John Paul II was Polish. If you defy Poland, you defy the late pope. And you know what happens if you defy a pope? Yeah, that's right.

You don't want to get any Pope angry, especially this one.

"Oh no!" you say. "What do I do to rectify this?"

Well, I have been granted the power to absolve all forgetments of the existence of the great Republic of Poland. But before I can do that, you have to read the rest of the article in order to ensure you never forget Poland again.
