Because I'm too lazy to add an actual way to patrol pages, and because it is certain that at least one non-rollback wannabe new page patroller is using this thing, we created a "list" of pages patrolled like this, and you can access it here.

If you actually want to mark a page that you have reviewed as patrolled using this method, type the name of the page and click the button. Remember to put it in square brackets.
