e I ə Ѧ o U
ɛ E ɔ O
æ Д ɑ A
  • Vowels are made long by adding 3, so O /ɔ/ becomes O3 /ɔ:/.
  • Note that due to sound changes, the long form of Ɋ /ɯ/ is written Ѧ3.
  • Several letters represent combinations of sounds: /kɹ/ is represented by C--, /pɹ/ by C♭, /ɔm/ by 2, /u:m/ by 23, /zm/ by Ǝ, and /ks/ by Ħ.
  • To prevent confusion, the following digraphs have been used: /ɔ.m/ by 2G₈, /u:.m/ by 23G₈, /uβ/ by ↓̑G₈, /βu/ by G₈↓̑, /ij/ by YG₈, and /ji/ by G₈Y.

Grammar[edit | edit source]

Markers for parts of speech[edit | edit source]

-O: NOUN
-E: VERB
-Ѧ: ADVERB
-ѦNO: ADJECTIVE

-OY: pl. noun

Note that the word DIЗβɊ, derived from Japanese desu, is actually the word for affirmation, and might be counted as an exception to the parts-of-speech rule.

Possessive suffixes, mostly ripped off from Finnish 'cuz it's cool[edit | edit source]
