“Kill Children Now!”

~ Human Traffic Officer on Killing children
"Shit, police! Kill Children Now!" (Reconstruction with actor)

Kill Children Now is a term used by those involved in offering illegal services to do with children. Employees within the Sex Trade, Human Trafficking and illegal clothes manufacturing businesses use the term when under risk of police raids, espionage or any type of infiltration; once the alarm is sounded all children in the building(s) are immediately terminated. It has become increasingly popular to shorten the phrase to KCN, this way the infiltrators have no idea what the intentions of the employees are and are therefore left confused. The killing of Children as a means to protect members of the Black Market from being prosecuted has been used for several decades proving popular in countries spanning the entire world.

Children on the Street[edit | edit source]

Children employed by drug dealers, called 'runners' or 'pawns', are often cited as being the "Children of the Kill Children Now era" due to the fact that drug pushers were the first people to come up with the concept. During the 1960's when the popularity of drugs saw an enormous increase many dealers employed children who were willing to work for reasonable pay, the children were often set to work in drug factories, which were really first, second or third floor flats in apartment blocks, where they would cut cocaine with baking powder and weigh out baggies of Cannabis. The children involved in the process of manufacturing drugs often thought what they did was right and were not informed of any risk of the inevitable police raids.

Although the employers of the children are credited for beginning the KCN concept they didn't immediately catch on to what they had found. As a result of their ignorance towards the children many dealers forgot about them when the police came to call, meaning they were often charged with supplying narcotics to minors - many of the children became addicted to the substances which they handled - as well as the intent to sell and therefore received a longer prison sentence. In one said raid the drug dealers attempted to fight off the police, hiding behind dusty sofas while the police stood at the door shooting at them. In between the waring sides the children were at the table adamantly cutting cocaine with all the concentration in the world. Inevitably as the bullets continued to fly the children were gradually taken out one by one; in the fear that they would be charged for manslaughter the drug dealers grabbed the bodies of the children when the police weren't looking and shoved them under the sofa. Shortly after this they surrendered and the police, unaware of the children, arrested the men and quickly left the scene.

Due to the rushed arrests and the irresponsible actions of the police the children weren't found and the dealers were released on bail giving them time to dispose of the bodies. Rumours had begun to circulate surrounding the disappearance of the children who used to work for the dealers and suspicions rose when several rolled up lumpy carpets were dumped into the boot of a 4x4. Eventually the men had to come clean to other entrepreneurs in the area, admitting that they had avoided a longer sentence by simply killing and hiding the children.

Needless to say word traveled quickly and soon everyone knew the secret to avoiding police attention.

Devices such as this were introduced in order to make it easier to dispose of bodies from inconvenient places.

Disposal of Children[edit | edit source]

Unfortunately, those who utilised the concept of Kill Children Now found themselves running into more trouble with the police, this accompanied with the lack of space in the apartments and the prices of carpets and bullets resulted in the the employers finding that killing children seemed to be more trouble than it was worth. As the police raids continued on known drug spots more and more children were being killed in an attempt to reduce prison time; however due to the size of the small apartments, used for housing many of the children, cupboards and wardrobes were quickly filled to the brim and the police began to catch on.

With the missing person reports at an all time high police began issuing search warrants to houses of convicts resulting in the discovery of the bodies of the former employees.

At this time it became clear to the business men that their tactics needed reshuffling, most importantly they needed to dispose of any bodies in their buildings rather than storing them for future use and putting themselves at risk. The problem they faced was how they did it, broad daylight would be too obvious and movement at night would arouse suspicion among the Neighborhood Watch. While they searched for a permanent solution the bodies were removed inconspicuously in bin liners and stuffed down storm drains across cities.

In the late nineties a new and improved method of using and disposing of children emerged. Inspired by the new Mobile Execution Vans, which the Chinese had recently began using, the opportunists decided to move their operations to a set of vehicles ranging from Motor homes to large family cars, anything with copious amounts of space; these would then be stripped of their seats to make room for tables and cupboards to accommodate the preparation of narcotics. Using vehicles as opposed to housing benefited the Drug Dealers and increased their efficiency and production. Not only did the vehicles provide a method of transport meaning that they didn't have to be in the same street or town for very long, but also, in case of a possible exposure by the police, a hose could quickly be fitted to the exhaust pipe and stuffed through one of the windows allowing for the painless removing of the children. The bodies could then be driven out into the country and easily disposed of.

Third World Struggles[edit | edit source]

Although this method was easily accessible to those in America who could afford such luxuries, there were those who had their businesses in third world countries and therefore had to settle for less; either out of risk of getting unwanted attention, or simply due to a lack of funds. Fortunately in poorer parts of the world it was far easier to find buildings that were either boarded up or abandoned and so business' generally used to thrive without generating much interests from authorities. However, as was inevitable there were occasions when the secrecy of the organisations would be infiltrated and consequently actions had to be taken. Fortunately the poverty within the Third World countries created an underground network between those involved in the Black Market and those who had either positions of authority or access to things that the manufacturers needed.

Within these networks those who needed a certain skill or a certain task to be taken care of could find the solution to their problem. It wasn't uncommon for tradesmen to be paid an extremely large wage just to keep quiet about a piece of work. There were many options available to the businessmen who needed a safe and secure way of removing the bodies quickly and quietly and it was just a case of finding the right way. The men went through a trial and error stage of experimenting with methods, fortunately due to the high population of skilled tradesmen and children they had all the resources they needed. Over the course of a year various experiments were carried out including the employment of a carpenter to mass produce coffins at an alarming rate, using an electrician to attach electronic devices to the children which, at a push of a button, would send a lethal shock into their system and using a plumber to build a mechanism by which a room full of children could be flooded with a simple pull of a toilet chain. There were a few attempts to combine the three trades to try and create an appropriate device but none of them worked out at all.
