The Grue Empire Police Department are the police force of the Grue Galactic Empire. They do what many other Police forces do, except the GEPD are legally allowed to create instances of police brutality. They are mad guys, with the riot department being told to "beat them up until they are f****** dead."

Typical arrest procedure, taken while teh officer was moving teh perp to teh car. Note that teh perp has both hands cuffed and yet is also cuffed to teh officer. Grue handcuffs are therefore handy in a arrest and then, when teh perp is in custody, are replaced with rope
