Requirements

• Must be experienced with IRC software (> 3 years)
• MUST NOT USE CGI:IRC AS A PRIMARY IRC CHAT CLIENT
• Must like to ban and kick noobs
• Patience with noobs
• Must use IRC
• Must be willing to never again have an actual conversation in #uncyclopedia
• Must have been opped by at least 2 different ircops on #uncyclopedia at least twice over a period of 60 days.
• MUST NOT USE CGI:IRC AS A PRIMARY IRC CHAT CLIENT
• Must be irritable and disgruntled
• MUST NOT USE CGI:IRC AS A PRIMARY IRC CHAT CLIENT

Voting
Currently only ircops can vote for new ircops, as they are the ones who know the ins and outs of the ircop-ness and can best decide which users would fit best in admin hats. All users are welcome to comment on nominations, however, and self-nominations are allowed (though they don't count as proper votes).
