I wrote down in my sandbox that I'd do this at some point this week, and I didn't change my mind.
Q: Why? A: Because there's lots of redlinked pages and we've almost certainly missed a bunch of them or forgotten about the game entirely.
The format is: linked page - from [page it was linked from (include offset numbers if any are necessary]. There's also geographical locations listed either at the top of a section or next to a link.
