Someone who has a stammer who has a stammer or a stutter.
A stutter is a psychomotor trouble that shows up by the impossibility to pronounce a syllable whithout repeating it.
A psychomotor trouble is a trouble that concerns psychic ans physical functions.
A psychic function concerns the spirit, the brain and the human thought.
The human thought is reliable to anything that touches humans, especially those who have a stammer, otherwise I will never end these definitions.
I could have put a photo of someone who has a stutter, but that wouldn’t have been very useful.
