Shoop Da Whoop, also known as Vandalism, is a phenomenon currently found on the Interweb and a few remote Irish pubs. The former is its natural habitat, and the latter is due to the fact that sooner or later anything and everything you can think of will turn up in a remote Irish pub.

Whoop Shooping was invented in 42 BC. commonly used in modes of self defense the person would shoop the threats head of with his laser "charging and firing"
