I wrote this on a lark, to see if I could make Chuck Norris funny again. And I actually think it's a bit charming. I don't know. Do you? --Hyperbole 02:12, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

Humour: 7.5 It's a difficult one - and is entirely reliant on one joke. Can Chuck Norris be made funny again? Was it ever in the first place? I'd go through each section individually, but that would be to deconstruct the joke which is the surest way to kill it! Bits I liked:
1980s, 1990s and 2000s - I get what you're trying to do with the minutiae. It's a good device for building the character of Chuck.
Real facts - good use of a list, but since this bit is the punchline of the joke I'm not sure how it has enough impact. Or maybe it's exactly as intended and I'm missing the irony.
Concept: 8 See above! It's a decent concept, but it's wit rather than comedy I think. The device works, but it left me feeling a little flat at the end. I'd almost be inclined to go down the shaggy dog story route - make it a ridiculously long-winded joke with a really naff punchline at the end (do you know the one about the rarey-bird?) though I'm not sure how you'd get that into it?
Prose and formatting: 8 Far be it from me to tell you stuff about formatting as a n00b... Layout is good, though I'd have been tempted to use one of the 'person' type templates to put in some more unnecessary detail. I think that linking to the 'real' Chuck Norris Article sort of spoils it as well - it kind of suggests that this Chuck Norris somehow isn't the real thing! In typical wikipedia fashion, I'd have links to other unrelated dull things - his employer, his fish, and so on.
Images: 6 Good use of photos, though as per comments elsewhere there should probably be at least three. How about a logo for Lee Gracie & Seagal, or a photo of his room at Wilmington General Hospital?
Miscellaneous: 7.4 Average of previous
Final Score: 36.9 It's good, for a single joke piece.
