| Humour: | 1.5 | I did not laugh one time while reading this article. I cannot suggest any ways in which the humour may be improved (although I would like to), because the concept is so weak. The attempts at humour are basically asides to the retelling of the story of a well-known game. There is literally nothing here to make jokes about. Articles like this are not always humourless: a surreal retelling might be full of non sequiturs that become integrated into the 'plot'; a satirical retelling might use the plot as a blueprint to tell a different kind of story with comical effect... the possibilities are endless, by which I mean infinite. Which is a lie. But there are lots. What is not funny is a straight retelling with snide comments inserted. |
| Concept: | 1 | If I saw this article in any context other than Pee Review, I would want it deleted because it has no redeeming value. I simply don't believe that this rivalry is worth writing about. |
| Prose and formatting: | 5 | The main body of text is quite well written, but the headings are fairly dire and the images dominate the page way too much. "V.S." is such bad grammar it makes me cry. The options for shortening versus are are "vs." or "v". |
| Images: | 5 | Definitely the high point of the article. I would lose the first image however. Contrasting middle images are effective, but overall they are supporting an awful concept, so there's not really any opportunty for them to be funny. They could actually be good jokes in the appropriate article. |

PLEASE don't be discouraged by this review. A similar concept might work - try reading HTBFANJS for ideas of how to make it it funny. Good luck. IronLung 05:41, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
