Uncyclopedia:Don't vote for Top 10
![]() | This is an essay. It is not an ignorable policy on Uncyclopedia. You are perfectly allowed to ignore and disregard the mad ramblings of its writer. Or you could submit it as an Uncycloversity assignment in lieu of doing any actual work. |
DON'T vote for the crappy "Top 10 Articles of 2024". Shocking, I know. But it's okay to go against what they call the status quo.
“It's that time of the year again!”
Maybe it is in Uncyclopedia fashion, but we can make it not be. We can make it more than the absolute worst month of Uncyclopedia. YES, WE CAN. But only with the support of Obama.
“I announce my support on not voting for the Top 10 Articles of 2024. DON'T VOTE, BOO!”
Ah yes, the famous Obama quote. Don't vote, boo!
Cultural impact[edit source]
The "Don't vote for Top 10" movement went successfully, and Uncyclopedia admins announced they would no longer do the Top 10 Articles BS.
Just kidding. The movement hasn't even started. The only person convinced is the writer of this article. And some other person.
Reasoning[edit source]
Okay, I'll explain why you shouldn't vote. Ya see, all Uncyclopedia articles are shit. So why bother trying to list 10 that AREN'T? You just end up listing 10 articles that aristocrats deemed to have a most poopy-smelling sense of humour. Does that convince you to stop voting? Of course not.
You are illuded to think that your vote makes a difference. Your little pool of points will do anything to the global leaderboard when it's split in 10. That's what they want you to believe. But in the end, everyone's nominations are more or less the same. IT DOESN'T CHANGE ANYTHING. The only thing that can change anything is you NOT voting. Here's to a voteless 2024, and 2025, and 2026, et cetera.
Censorship[edit source]
This idea is not talked about because of censorship. Ya see, a Republican is in charge of the USA...and the idea has been endorsed by famous democrat Obama.
“So this causes a conflict of interest between the two political parties, and inevitably DVFT10 is associated with Democrats. The D initials are also a major factor in this.”
