Just a comment. The US Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, historically does not provide rights to non-citizens overseas. This basic rule may have been changed by recent US Supreme Court decisions on US detainees in Guantanamo, Cuba.--65.163.160.177 18:50, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
