This is not random. It's an ancient article which made sense at the time. It was from when cannabis became legal, so the joke is that the journalist got high and wasn't able to write the page properly. See history page for the last time this happened. Describing it as random is a bit like watching the Chris Rock Show and hot understanding a joke from 1997 about a basketball announcer wearing drag. Leverage (talk) 09:20, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
