Washington WC: Senator Larry Craig has been invited to the official inauguration ceremony of Frankfurt Airport's new Terminal 8 next April.
As Guest of Honor Craig will cut the ribbon in the VIP departure lounge men's room which has been named after him following his exploits in St Paul-Minnesota earlier this year.
The facility serves first class passengers bound for flights to Washington DC and comes with some very high-spec extras.
Top of the bill are heat sensors that help determine the personal orientation of the adjoining cubicle's occupier.
And a high-tech telephone hotline link to personal injury/defamation/vice entrapment specialist lawyers guaranteed to arrive hot-foot within five minutes of a distress call being received from the washroom facilities.
"Zoon all the VIP airport departure lounge men's rooms vill be like this," a Frankfurt official said today. "But ve'll be the first to cater to this specialist niche market for today's demanding high-fliers."
