VATICAN CITY, Italy -- Pope Benedict XVI lashed out at Christians everywhere and their pathetic concept of Holy Struggle, during a theological lecture at the University of Regensburg, in Bavaria. He claimed that the Islamic idea of Jihad, "went against the nature of God". He also blamed the Dali Lama for alienating other cultures and "excluding God".
The 79-year-old Pope, a former member of Hitler Youth and mild mannered Nazi supporter, said "Violence is incompatible with the nature of God and the nature of the soul. The only way to be at one with the nature of God is to crush those without the same beliefs as ours!"
In other rumors, the Pope intended to ally the Catholic Church with the Southern Baptist Christian Right who also, as rumors have it, are directly linked with the Ku Klux Klan.
