Rap moguls Eminem and 50 Cent edged out Gates as Forbes richest this year.

SEVEN MILE, Detroit – In a world where talk is NOT cheap - the RAP WORLD - most artists have really big mouths and hardly ever stop talking. This has resulted in a few of them becoming fabulously wealthy.

Forbes Magazine just released its annual list of the world's richest people Wednesday, and for only the second time since 1995, Microsoft founder Bill Gates' name was not at the top, UnNews reports.

This year, the title of "World's Richest" went to Rapper Eminem, with a net worth of $53.5 billion – most in shares of his company, Eight Mile Style LLC.

Eminem aka “Slim-shady”, is the first Rapper to be declared Forbes' richest person since 1994, when Japanese Rapper Yoshi Tsunami held that honor. Tsunami was since kidnapped, and, having refused to pay his OWN ransom, Tsunami is now listed as a missing person, presumed broke.

But Eminem's financial edge over 50 Cent is, well, slim, at least by billionaire standards -- just $500 million. Still, the compilers of the Forbes list noted at a press conference Wednesday that Eminem’s net worth was, none-the-less, ahead of 50 Cent.

Also, were it not for his expensive drug, divorce and psycho-therapy habits, Eminem would have a net worth in the ballpark of $80 billion, Forbes' Matthew Miller estimated.

50 Cent is the world's second richest person, with a net worth of $53 billion. Bill Gates came in third this year, with a net worth of $47 billion. The families Rothschild, Rockefeller, Morgan, and Warburg were (of course) most certainly not on the Forbes list, because they own it, and "One does not like to blow ones own trumpet".
