You are mysteriously warped into another room with no doors or windows. A thick iron portcullis in the south wall serves as the only potential exit. Your trusty brass lantern illuminates the entire room, except for a sphere of complete darkness in the far corner. Suddenly, the sphere moves toward you, and you realise that the unthinkable horror before you is nothing less than the Ur-Grue, a mighty, only-one-in-the-entire-game grue that can surround itself in magical darkness that cannot be penetrated with lantern light. And it's charging towards you.
You have a brass lantern (providing light), a ton of other stuff that I don't feel like listing, and a laser cannon with light-beam capabilities. |
