What they have right now is the shittiest igloo you've ever seen.

The penguins tell you why they are building an igloo, because, as we have learned from the moccasin police penguins, penguins are apparently able to speak in this universe.

"It's… gonna get really fucking cold soon. Like, really cold. Why not help us build our igloo?", one penguin tells you.

"Well, also, since when were there penguins in Alaska? I thought they lived in Antarctica!"

"Of course there are penguins in Alaska. Every stupid tourist from the lower 48 knows that. The Alaskans themselves pretend that there aren't any of us here, because they don't want to talk about their penguin encounters."

"Even Wikipedia plays along with it, but everyone knows that Wikipedia isn't a reliable source."
