To encourage the Aracuans to split up, you command the mob to split into three smaller mobs. The Aracuans fall right into your trap: each of the three birds goes after a different one of your newly-formed divisions. A simple battle tactic, yet an effective one, at least against Aracuans.
Now you can pick the Aracuans off one by one.
One Aracuan down. Two to go!
Two down.
Three down...
Four down!
I thought there were only three of them!
Five down!
Six down!
Over 9000... up!
