It turns out that even a hospital without any medics or surgeons can still help you fight against death.

Once you wake up again, you may:

• Search for a new boat to replace the Glorbus
• Head towards Yakutat (an awfully long way)
• Look the Grim Reaper in the eye and say "xyzzy"
