You go into the suspiciously large hole that appeared in the cave house. You can't see anything, so you just blindly go forward until you find an exit.

You pop out of the ground from a hill and see a giant rabbit munching on some grass. That makes sense. You then read a sign that says "Bellingham is 1 mile away".
