You follow the "Caravan" through the woods while the fog turns to the color of vomit. It smells quite a bit like puke as well.

Ətḵátł’ā, the red demonic, uhhh... avocado-man, attempts to speak, but it only comes out as a loud hissing-screeching noise.

Surprisingly, the fog answers and makes another strange sound.
