UnGames:Make it to Ketchikan/BCHighway16

There are no cars driving on this road, which is appropriately named "16". You don't know where a road number "16" is supposed to go, but you assume that it's not terribly far away from civilization.

You then look to your left and see a town. Next to it is a sign that says "Welcome to Terrace" with the vandalized symbol of a bear above it. You can't quite make out what the vandalism is supposed to entail, but it looks familiar.
