"Welcome to the evidence page! Here is the place where you'll find everything you need to get to the bottom of the case. I highly recommend you keep it open in a separate tab as you play the game.

First, let's look at the case summary"

CASE SUMMARY

It was Tuesday, the 31st. Mr Frank Savage, a man who claims to be a newspaper dealer, called in to report a murder. He said he'd found a body in Room No 321 of the Bayview Apartments. He was right.

The vic was a woman, Cindy Bricks. We now know she was an art designer who'd returned from her gig in Paris three days ago. She'd been hit on the head with a statue of The Thinker, that doubles up as an audio clock.

Mr Savage gave us his statement, wherein he claimed he saw a blond Caucasian wearing a yellow jacket run out of the apartment shortly before he looked inside and found her dead. The sketch that our artist gave us matched the appearance of her boyfriend, Butz Kibbutz. When we brought him in, Mr Savage picked him out of a lineup.

It was then that Detective Shannen interrogated that guy. He presented Butz with compelling evidence, pointing out the Butz's prints were on the murder weapon, which he claims he personally crafted for her, and that Cindy was involved with her supervisor while in Paris.

When he found out about his girlfriend's infidelity, he flew into a rage, claiming he'd get to the bottom of it once he 'met her in the afterlife'. It was then that we decided to arrest and charge him for Cindy's murder.

"Okay, now that we're done with that, let's look at the actual evidence!"

THE THINKER CLOCK

"Wait, our client Butz made this, didn't he?"
> Yeah, he's a real clown.
"Hmm...looks like that's all there is. Okay then, Jeanix, you'd best get some rest. We've got a big day coming up tomorrow."
