How to make other Templates

I know how to make some templates, such as the spork template, {{spork|some site}} and the Partail spork template, {{Partialspork|some site}} ,but how do you make the other templates?

Mathematical Formula

Hi there, I'm not quite sure what the mathematical formula does, or why it is even there. It would be great if someone could fill me in on how it works? Because I'm not even sure if it would be useful or not. Anyway, thanks for listening.

Redirect Problem

Question: I'm working on a page called Secret Nazi Moon Base. It's in Pee Review. There is another one called Top Secret Nazi Moon Base that mine was redirected to before. I've done alot of different stuff and links in mine, so the actual question is how do I prevent my article from being swallowed up ie redirected to the other article?
