Uses dpl to check if a page exists (redirects might not work). Creates a colorable link if the page exists and a mock red link if the page doesn't exist.

1 = link text to search for

2 = display text

3 = set to / for articles with namespaces (UnBooks, etc.)

link = alternate display text

title = alternate title text

c = red link color

lc = link color

Note: adds page to Category:Template RL to be removed.
