Use this template to rate articles and they will be categorized for navigation automagically. It's based off the National Warning level system and previous ideas from TehBrandon, GreenReaper and Gert5.

1 = level (1-5 top to bottom, pun intended)

2 = type (UK or gay, US is default)

cat = set to 'none' to avoid categorization

header = heading text

head = heading link

h1-h5 = level text

l1-l5 = level links

link1-link5 = entire link replacement

bg1-bg5 = dark background colors

01-02 = bright background & corresponding link colors

f = float (left or none, right by default)

c = clear property (left or right by default, none changes the layout to a horizontal template)

clear = clear property without affecting layout or float (left or none, right by default)

cat = custom category links, set to none for no category
