Is it Thanksgiving yet? For anniversary pages.

Note: It shows the Thanksgiving text in ADDITION to another holiday or holidays if specified in the {}.

Usage

The {} parameter is for the date with this format: November 24. For Thanksgiving dating reasons, it only makes sense to include this template on anniversary pages from the 22nd to the 28th of November.

If it's not Thanksgiving, it will show the other holiday specified in the {} parameter. If it is, it will show "Thanksgiving Day (U.S.)" in ADDITION to the other anniversary holiday.

November 27:

Will produce this on a Thanksgiving day:

November 27: Thanksgiving Day (U.S.), Alan Bean Appreciation Day (Moon)

Will produce this on a non-Thanksgiving day:

November 27: Alan Bean Appreciation Day (Moon)

Alternate link text

If you specify the {text} parameter, it will replace the "Thanksgiving Day" with whatever you set.

November 27:

The above code will produce this if it's Thanksgiving:

November 27: TURKEY FUCK Day, a day celebrating TURKEYS FUCKING among EACH OTHER, NOT FOR HUMANS FUCKING TURKEYS! (U.S.), Alan Bean Appreciation Day (Moon)
