Please always substitute this template!
This template supports up to 5 numbered arguments, each which must be the names of pages tagged with Template:ICU.
{{subst:ICU Notice|AAAAAAAAA!|a wizard did it|HAHAHA|sub=notfunny}} ~~~~ creates:
Multiple pages you have created (AAAAAAAAA!, a wizard did it, and HAHAHA) have been tagged with ICU, and will be deleted in a few days if you do nothing about it. Please go visit those pages, and read the new ugly template box to see how to fix up your page. If there are clear attempts to make the page better, we may decide to delay deletion, or not. Oh, and don't try to play with the {{ICU}} tag either, unless you would like to be relieved of your duties. I know, it's strict. But tags are not toys. These links may be useful for you to read:

Arguments
- 1 - 5: names of pages that have been tagged.
- sub: can be set to one of the below 3 values:
- short: says at the bottom that it needs some inflation.
- cleanup: says at the bottom the page needs cleanup.
- bad: shows the links at the bottom, as shown above.
- ... and all the other sub arguments supported by ICU.
