Laws and Amendments[edit source]

Contrary to popular belief, an amendment and a law are not one and the same.

  • Laws lay down the rules. They say what can and can't be done.
  • Amendments describe the exceptions to the laws.

Don't go adding new laws into the amendments section and vice versa. "A robot may not attempt to write a haiku" is not an amendment because there is no law regarding robots and poetry.

Amendments 31 and 32 are almost unintelligble not to mention the fact that they arent really amendments or even all that funny. someone fix it.

Robots are technically Ninjas[edit source]

So doesn't that change things a little?

Merge with Robots[edit source]

Shouldn't this page be merged with robots ? 70.88.218.145 22:47, 6 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Merger, and new ammendments[edit source]

No, I don't think so. I think they're much better off, and funnier seperate, and also I added some new ammendments, the 42nd ammendment is funny if anybody's read "the Restaraunt at the End of the Universe" because Marvin ... oh forget it. it's a douglas adams thing Nerd42 02:24, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)

I could've sworn nerdy references to books and movies weren't very funny. Correct me if I'm wrong. --24.93.147.82 05:02, 8 Dec 2005 (UTC)

What have you monsters done to this article?![edit source]

In its hayday this was one of the funniest articles on the site. But since then a plague of reckless edits has fallen over it and rendered it painfully unfunny as a whole. Sure, it's still funny in parts, but it used to be solid all the way through. "All killer, no filler" as they say. The Robot article that stands in front of my today is but a shadow of its former self. It would take a lot of work to revive this article. So start being funny! --24.93.147.82 05:16, 8 Dec 2005 (UTC)

If this was funnier before, don't change it back or I will kill myself laughing.

I didn't laugh a single time... and I just came from Cthulhu, so you KNOW I was already primed. I'm not trying to be a dick, but this article needs a whole lotta work. :(...... --SnortingMercury 21:57, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
