Humour: 9 Really funny. "Meeting Decorum" is really good satire on the beaurocracy of meetings. I also particularly liked Making a Motion #2, and Secretary. You've found a good balance between satire and good old pirate humour. I'd like to see a little more written that shows a close connection to these kinds of meetings, such as how they can go on and on and on because everyone has to get their two cents in.
Concept: 10 Perfect idea. Sometimes I wonder if there's much of a difference between pirates and Boards of Directors.
Prose and formatting: 8 Generally formatted according to Uncyclopedia style. More links needed, especially in the middle of the article. Also one or more categories as well. Oh, and the title in the opening line is normally put in bold.
Images: 5 Images are not required, so I won't give you a zero. But they would certainly help. Pirates are very photogenic. Maybe download from Wikipedia?
Miscellaneous: 7 I would definitely rework the opening section. The rest of the article is funnier than the opening in my opinion, and you'll find that people will decide based on the opening whether to read the rest.
Final Score: 39 Potentially featurable with pictures and a little more work. They also like to feature longer articles.
