Their daily travel form a huge capital flow to Shen Zhen and Macau, and effectively improve the GDP in these places. For this reason, the Government of Shen Zhen and Macau, with the help of Hong Kong’s immigration department, designed ‘Smart Card ID Card’ and ‘Octopus’ RFID train ticket that leave no paper trace of such journey. Never in history, have governments of different political jurisdiction worked so closely to assist the sins of mankind.
