It may work, a protagonist dialog with section headers as the narrator, who is also the protagonist. I for one immediately got the joke. The image obviously needs to be re-thought, I cannot see any connection between the text and animals that were shot for "sport" (you bastids). Oh wait, bucks, now I get it. We dutchies are notoriously slow on the uptake. Aren't those deer? Nevermind. As for additional ideas, there is of course the famous song "Hey brother can you spare me a dime" from the Large Depression (it certainly wasn't Great), perhaps you could work in an inflation joke. And then the final chapter "analysis". Although I sortof pretend to understand why it's there, I personally think the joke is much stronger if you leave it out. That way the reader is confronted with a consistent assumption all through the article, and needs no last-minute re-calibration of his role in reading it. -- di Mario 21:09, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
