- This page is always re-edited to the maximum, obviously Arkansans have NO sense of humor and are too ashamed to admit what really goes on in their state. I thought New Yorkers, Californians or any "blue stater" may take huge offense for the smallest/littlest joke, but hey the truth hurts. Arkansas is not all backward and not entirely in the "sticks", but is the state known for its' backwardness and being in the "sticks" for so long? Rumor has it the personal per capita income of an Arkansas household is alike other "developing" countries such as Cambodia, Latvia, Uruguay and West Virginia. But aren't Arkansans proud of the darker side of "progress" hasn't spoiled their state yet? Go ask New Jersey...and they're start moving to Arkansas en masse.
