List of Skalitz Defence Forces equipment

The Skalitz Grand Empire is an unusual political entity established in the tumultuous northern Czech lands. Since its formation in 2046, it has been in a near-constant state of war, primarily due to its precarious position surrounded by adversarial states such as the Socialist Republic of Nový Bor and the Česká Lípa Empire.
The empire was born through a series of aggressive annexations, most notably the Anschluss of Skalitz into the Republic of Manušice, the Grand Duchy of Sloup v Čechách, the Republic of Nový Oldřichov, the Empire of Žandov, the Principality of Sružnice, and several smaller, less consequential states. This political consolidation transformed a collection of fragmented micro-states into a unified but volatile regional power.
From its inception, the Skalitz Grand Empire has prioritized its military, developing a robust and highly disciplined armed force to counteract the persistent threats from its neighbors. The empire's defensive doctrine emphasizes rapid mobilization and strategic fortifications along its borders. With a history of relentless conflicts, Skalitz boasts an army known for its unconventional tactics and deep-rooted resilience.
The Skalitz Grand Empire finds itself in an uneasy balance of power, hemmed in by rivals such as the industrialized Socialist Republic of Nový Bor, with its collectivist ideology and resource-driven ambitions, and the Českolipské Empire, a monarchist state with expansionist tendencies. Diplomatic relations are strained at best, with frequent skirmishes and proxy conflicts marking the region as a hotspot of instability.
Despite its turbulent external relations, Skalitz has managed to cultivate a unique identity, blending the traditions of its constituent states into a distinct cultural tapestry. However, internal governance remains a challenge, with lingering tensions among the formerly independent states occasionally threatening to unravel the unity of the Grand Empire. Economic development is heavily skewed towards military production, leaving other sectors underdeveloped and contributing to domestic unrest.
In this volatile setting, Skalitz's future remains uncertain, as its leaders grapple with the dual challenges of maintaining internal cohesion and defending against external aggression.

2055-2069 (Calm years, War with Overwatch, change of regime)[edit | edit source]
Between 2055 and 2069, the Skalitz Grand Empire underwent significant changes. The military revamped the system for designating its equipment, as the previous system was so chaotic that even experts could barely understand it before 2055. The camouflage patterns were also updated to align better with the modern era. However, despite being relatively decent by its standards, the Skalitz military was still considered a century behind global trends.
In 2060, the Skalitz Grand Empire achieved a surprising victory in its war against Overwatch. This was followed by another triumph in 2063, this time against Talon. By 2069, the Empire had emerged victorious in its second war with the Socialist Republic of Nový Bor, solidifying its position as a regional power.
The year 2067 marked a turning point with the death of A. Anschlusch, an event that led to a regime change. This shift in leadership prompted the adoption of a more modern camouflage pattern that same year, symbolizing a broader effort to modernize the military. While the reforms brought noticeable improvements, the Skalitz armed forces still struggled to fully catch up with the technological advancements of other global powers.
Despite these challenges, the Skalitz Grand Empire continued to adapt and evolve, demonstrating resilience and a surprising ability to achieve military victories against formidable opponents.
