I've been painstakingly reordering this category according to last name rather than first name. Why? Because it'll make it easier for people to find stuff, honestly! To force "Joe Bloggs" to be ordered under "Bloggs, Joe" just change the Category tag to be: 

[[Cagegory:People|Bloggs, Joe]]
