Oh hey, Wompod! Welcome to Uncyclopedia. We hope you have a great time here, and that you get a lot of waffles. Because waffles are good. Especially with maple syrup. Trust me.

There are more of them, but those three are the most important.

Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) or use the "sign" button () above the edit box. This will automatically produce your name and the date. If you don't, we'll have to go to the history to discover who made the edit, and add a template for it. It's a lot of researching, dude.

When you create an article, please make an encyclopedic subject; don't do an article about how you and your friend had a pillow fight or about that teacher you really hate gave you an F on your math test. It is best to start by creating them in your userspace, for example: User:Wompod/Insert Title Here. Please remember to follow the guidelines and don't be upset if your article gets deleted if you do not. If you are writing an article in mainspace, however, and you are not finished yet, put a {{construction}} template on it.

However, wrtiting articles is not a top priority. Many users like to dedicate to reverting, coding, and moderating. So don't feel pressured to write articles.

If you need help, or just feel like talking to someone, ask me on my talk page, ask at the Dump, or ask an administrator on their talk page. Or, if you're really confused, drop into the adoption place and you'll get adopted by one of these fine fellows. Cool, huh?
