The idea was brewing in my head for some time. I finally put it to "paper" and would appreciate any feedback. Note: I tried to maintain neutrality, but it's HARD. Feel free to point out which sections of the article are the most biased.

Humour:	10	This article is fucking hilarious! I was almost unsure what I was reading at first, and the formatting frightened me a bit, but once I got into it I found the brilliance. A+
Concept:	8	I like the newsletter concept itself. Original; I just don't know if others will appreciate it as much (a lot of people are adamant about the mock-encyclopedia entry formatting. I prefer it usually, but these exceptions I also like very much).
Prose and formatting:	7	The prose is great, captures this guy's ridiculousness well. A little MUCH with the EMPHASIZED WORDS, but I didn't notice until like 3/4 of the way through. The formatting (spacing in particular) needs to be revised, but I can see the problem with changing that and keeping the newsletter-style in tact. This, I leave up to you.
Images:	6	I like the ones that are there. First one works perfectly with the caption. The second is a cool chop, but could use a better caption. And in general, more pics would be good. Come to think of it, maybe a logo or seal would be nice, to keep in the newsletter styling.
Miscellaneous:	10	You have made me laugh this evening, and for that, I applaud you.
