The Pear family is a long line of pears, including that of Andrew Pear and Iain Pear. Most of them were originally oranges, but they eventually split apart by a civil war. The pears wanted to be crunchy but the oranges wanted to be... squishy. Thus, the two families split apart. There once had been images of one of the "pear-ranges".
