Croy is an Irish enclave just outside the Scottish city of Glasgow. The town was settled in the 1990s by Celtic fans fleeing Glasgow during nine-in-a-row (when their rivals, Rangers, won the title on nine consecutive occasions). The name comes from the old Irish word "Crai" meaning "bottlers".

The people of Croy fled Glasgow during nine-in-a-row.

The town is famous for its saltmines, which provide salt for all the fish and chip shops in the west of Scotland. Recently this salt has also been exported to Japan where it is used to grit roads during the winter months.

The other main feature in the town is the railway station, which was built in 1998 to use up that year's transport budget. The station serves no useful purpose as nobody ever visits Croy and the locals never leave, except on horseback to attack their hated rivals in Twechar. The re-routing of the Glasgow Central to Edinburgh line has caused much controversy in Scotland as carriages, sometimes whole trains, disappear without trace on this stretch of track. In the past five years, no fewer than 19 trains have vanished, as well as dozens of lorries and light aircraft. This has earned the town the reputation as Scotland's Bermuda Triangle and Scots will often travel many miles out of their way to avoid the area. THIS IS SHITE COMPARED TO MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!

GAY CROJAN GAY CROJAN

Croy is often likened to Bermuda.

Nobody really knows what happens to the disappeared as police attempts to investigate the phenomena have resulted in the officers themselves going missing, only to turn up weeks later in Govan's Louden Tavern, confused and suffering from amnesia.

One theory touted by quantam physicists is that the town sits above a wormhole, which sucks unfortunate outsiders into a parallel universe. Astronomers have flocked to the town in recent years to prove this theory but as yet the results of their research are inconclusive and the subject of fierce debate. Some claim that Croy's paranormal activity is related to Central Scotland's status as the UFO sighting capital of Europe. Others believe that the townsfolk are simply psychotic murderers and that the police's constant re-emergence in the Louden is because they're degenerate, alcoholic Huns.

The police are Huns.
