Liked the Rosa Parks joke and Hitler's granny. Not sure the idea of putting this into the 'not' style template actually was a good idea - the story works just as well without it in my view. Ambitious and a few 'change of gears' as it trundles along.

Humour: This line made me laugh out loud HARD. "which was sent back in time to run over Hitler's grandmother". The colour me bad reference was great. ""incomprehensible" or "a song." was funny. "and jerk off the audience" was a second HARD lol (which is impressive in only one article) with a shalow-laugh in the button comment.
You used a whole slew of different subtle forms of humour which was great.
The last paragraph in the reception section pulled out one final HARD lol moment for me while I was trying to keep track of all of the different kind of negatives in the sentences followed by the genius line: "gnawed at a gluten-free energy bar".
Originality: An article about how useless something is has been done before a lot...but you did find an original way to do it at least by really bashing us over the head with non-stop force and using a variety of different approaches to humour.
Same with the blank image. It's been done before but the "nope" comment puts a fresh new slant on it.
I'm not sure bitching about the title of the article is really original.
Empty track listening was good.
Creativity: Great idea referencing two other articles. Leap up in the air comment was extremely cheesy but at least it was creative.
If anything is creative in the article it's the actual lyrics. This alone deserves 10/10.
Very creative references.
Over all: The article hits the mark on what I think the competition is all about. Serving us up a funny article that we don't see every day. Three LOLs in one short piece and a lot of unexpected and unique moments deserves a high score...even on an article with no real image.
