Welcome to Cute Zekrom's userspace (my "Userspace"), operated by CuteZekrom Enterprises, UnLLC ("I" or the "Owner"). By accessing or using my userspace, you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement"), without regard as to whether you are a registered member of Uncyclopedia ("Uncyclopedian"). I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to change, modify, edit, amend, revise, or huff portions of this Agreement at any time and without further notice. (Though I will let you know by some means what changes are being made.) It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any amendments to the Agreement.
Please read these terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, including but not limited to limitations and exclusions, and a dispute resolution clause that governs how disputes will be resolved.
These Terms of Use apply to all pages with titles beginning with "User:Qzekrom" and "User talk:Qzekrom". The set of all such pages constitutes my Userspace. Viewing, editing, discussing, or manipulating any page within my Userspace constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
CuteZekrom's intellectual property[edit | edit source]
All content within my Userspace is copyrighted by CuteZekrom Enterprises, UnLLC. No part of my Userspace may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, copied, modified, huffed, linked, discussed, or viewed by any means.[1] Ever. By modifying any portion of my Userspace, you agree to grant me a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, fully sublicensable, fully transferable, fully exclusive right to your contributions. You further agree that your modifications do not infringe any third-party copyrights. I reserve the right to remove any infringing content from my Userspace at any time without notice, even if the content was only live for half a nanosecond.
The words Qzekrom and Cute Zekrom, as well as all of my signature templates, are trademarks, registered trademarks, and service marks of CuteZekrom Enterprises, UnLLC. My trademarks, registered trademarks, and service marks may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names or usernames, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without my prior written permission.[2]
User conduct[edit | edit source]
You agree not to:
- create any page within my Userspace;
- vandalize or blank (remove all content from) any page within my Userspace;
- move (rename) any page within my Userspace, move any page into my Userspace, or move any page out of my Userspace;
- delete or undelete any page within my Userspace;
- create any page that resembles my userpage (User:Qzekrom) in any way or form; or
- create any signature that resembles any of my signature templates in any way or form
without my prior written permission.
Talk pages[edit | edit source]
All pages starting with "User talk:Qzekrom" are talk pages within my Userspace ("Talk Pages"). You agree not to use any Talk Page to:
- abuse or harass any other User;
- attempt to impersonate any other User; or
- post any unsolicited advertising (spam).
You further agree not to archive or remove any content from any Talk Page.

Claims of copyright infringement may be posted directly on my talk page, User talk:Qzekrom, or in the Village Dump, located at Forum:Village Dump, where they can be examined and acted upon by the entire community. By filing a takedown request, you agree to grant Uncyclopedia and CuteZekrom a worldwide, non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, satirize, publicize, or huff your takedown request under the terms of the Creative Commons License.
Please note that takedown requests will only be accepted (a) you have a good-faith belief that the material is infringing, and (b) the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder. You must swear, under penalty of perjury, that both of the above conditions are satified. Takedown requests that are complete bullshit will not be accepted, and you may be charged up to $250,000 in statutory damages for perjury.
