Doctor Gwinnell holds certificates of insanity from many of the world’s major mental institutes. He remains undefeated in the prestigious ‘Mad as a March Hare’ competition held every year in Ulan Bator.

Now retired, Doctor Gwinnell spends his time playing with words and usually half-full bottles of beer. He lives on a secret island off the South Coast of China in a house built entirely of dictionaries.
